建立合理的知识管理体系能为企业市场开发打造了创新竞争力。大中型企业实现市场知识管理不仅仅能解决以下问题:1)客户情况、工作经验、市场信息掌握在关键员工手中,一旦关键员工辞职导致信息缺失;2)环境造成的市场部人员对客户需求不了解导致的沟通不善;3)不能够借鉴前人工作形成的各类重要文档,来更好完成本职工作;4)相关知识因为没有共享导致的重复记录;5)管理层对海外市场开发项目进度不能够时时掌握。同时也为项目评价、数据仓库、知识库建立做了充足准备,以便最终能够利用积累的“智能资本”来指导公司领导层进行决策。
