相位型液晶空间光调制器初始相位的校准与多波长响应的研究

使用时间及环境变化会引起空间光调制器(SLM)初始相位的改变及波长响应的偏移。针对这一问题,研究了纯相位SLM的初始相位的校准及多波长响应。针对初始相位的校准问题,采用四步移相干涉法测量了SLM的初始相位,进行反复校准,得到了很好的修正效果。针对多波长响应问题,实验研究了干涉条纹级数的变化与不同波长对应的灰度级间的关系,获得了SLM对多波长响应的修正系数。研究结果为在各种不同环境中精确使用SLM提供了技术参考。 Changes in usage time and environment can cause changes in the initial phase of the spatial light modulator (SLM) and shifts in wavelength response. In response to this problem, the initial phase calibration and multi-wavelength response of pure phase SLM are studied. For the calibration problem of initial phase, the initial phase of SLM was measured by four-step phase-shift interferometry and repeated calibration was performed, and a good correction effect was obtained. Aiming at the multi-wavelength response problem, the relationship between the variation of interference fringe series and the gray level corresponding to different wavelengths was experimentally studied, and the correction coefficient of multi-wavelength response of SLM was obtained. The results provide a technical reference for the accurate use of SLM in a variety of different environments.
