我国的香菇产区主要分布在江南各省,这些地区在夏季可以正常收获香菇的区域不多,形成了夏季栽培香菇难进行的观念。随着人们对香菇生物学特性研究的不断深入和夏季对香菇需求量的不断增加,选育适合夏季栽培的香菇品种显得十分必要。我们通过试验选育出了一些比较适合高温栽培的香菇品种,并利用原生质体单核化技术产生了许多新组合。对这些组合进一步的试验,从中选出了19个香菇菌株和3个常规品种进行了反季节栽培,试图从中能筛选出一些质优、高产的高温型品种。现将结果报告如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 供试菌种 三个常规当家品种为武香、苏香、香26和19个通过原生质体单核化技术获得的菌株。 1.2 培养基 78%木屑,20%麸皮,1%石膏,1%糖。 1.3 试验方法 采用15×50×0.05cm聚乙烯筒袋,每袋装湿料1.5kg,按常规法制作和管理于11月30
