针对抽油机减速箱中间轴断轴失效特点,进行模拟实物对比试验。试验分析表明,增大中间轴轴肩圆角半径,对轴肩圆角实施滚压强化和喷丸强化处理,可改善应力分布状态,大大提高中间轴的疲劳寿命。
Aiming at the failure characteristics of the broken shaft of the gearbox of pumping unit, a simulation test was carried out. Experimental analysis shows that increasing the radius of the fillet of the intermediate shaft shoulder and the rolling strengthening and shot peening of the shoulder fillet can improve the stress distribution and greatly improve the fatigue life of the intermediate shaft.
