建立大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞 (alveolarmacrophage,AM)牵张损伤模型 ,观察其乳酸脱氢酶活性变化 ,为创伤后AM的深入研究奠定基础。本牵张损伤模型能够反应创伤后AM的变化 ,是较理想的对AM进行损伤研究的模型。
A rat model of stretch injury induced by alveolar macrophage (AM) was established to observe the changes of lactate dehydrogenase activity, which laid the foundation for the further study of AM after trauma. This stretch injury model can reflect the change of post-traumatic AM, which is an ideal model to study the damage of AM.
