女性膀胱全切患者行原位尿流改道被认为是尿流改道的理想术式,与此相关的关键问题是尿道的复发问题。近年来,对其复发的相关因素及复发后的处理均有更多的认识,本文对此方面的研究进展作一综述。
The total urinary bladder diversion in patients with urinary diversion is considered as the ideal surgical diversion of urinary tract, the key issue related to the recurrence of urethral problems. In recent years, the recurrence related factors and post-relapse treatment have more understanding, this article reviews the research progress in this area.
