超饱和体系通过提高药物在溶剂中的热力学活度,从而增加药物释放及透皮驱动力,达到促渗目的。与传统物理及化学促渗法相比,该技术具有促渗效果显著、皮肤刺激性小、成本低廉、应用方便等显著优势,可单独使用或与其他促渗手段联用。但超饱和体系属热力学不稳定系统,极易形成结晶,影响透皮效果,在产品制备过程中应通过加入结晶抑制剂等方法维持体系的稳定性。本文简要概述了超饱和体系在经皮给药领域的应用及其结晶抑制现状。
Supersaturated system by increasing the thermodynamic activity of drugs in the solvent, thereby increasing drug release and transdermal driving force to achieve the purpose of promoting seepage. Compared with the traditional physical and chemical percolation method, the technology has obvious advantages of promoting osmotic effect, small skin irritation, low cost, convenient application and the like, and can be used alone or in combination with other means for promoting permeation. However, supersaturated system is a thermodynamically unstable system, easily formed crystals, affecting the transdermal effect in the product preparation process should be through the addition of crystallization inhibitors and other methods to maintain the stability of the system. This article briefly summarizes the application of super-saturated system in the field of transdermal drug delivery and the status of its crystallization inhibition.
