为提高采用AA4043焊丝焊接的AA6082钨极氩弧焊接头的力学性能,研究了元素Ti和Sr对连铸连轧AA4043焊丝的影响。结果表明:元素Ti、Sr变质效果较好,可以改善AA4043焊丝的显微组织,并提高AA6082焊缝的力学性能。与单独添加元素Ti或Sr相比,复合添加两种元素可以同时高效地变质α(Al)枝晶和共晶Si相。此外,元素Ti、Sr可以改善AA6082焊缝的显微组织,当复合添加0.08%Ti和0.025%Sr时,AA6082焊缝的抗拉强度达到最大。结果表明,Ti和Sr的复合添加可以实现较好的变质效果。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of AA6082 TIG welded by AA4043 welding wire, the effect of Ti and Sr on the AA4043 continuous casting wire was studied. The results show that the elements Ti and Sr have a better effect of modification, which can improve the microstructure of AA4043 welding wire and improve the mechanical properties of AA6082 weld. Compared with the addition of Ti or Sr alone, the addition of both elements can effectively degrade α (Al) dendrites and eutectic Si phases simultaneously. In addition, the elements Ti, Sr can improve the microstructure of the AA6082 weld, and the tensile strength of the AA6082 weld reaches the maximum when 0.08% Ti and 0.025% Sr are combined. The results show that the combination of Ti and Sr can achieve a better metamorphic effect.
