自1982年FAB协作组提出MDS形态学诊断的建议以来,已波血液学工作者普遍接受,并广泛地推动了MDS的研究。尽管对其诊断及分型标准有各种不同的争议,但公认FAB的建议对其概念和诊断已奠定了基础。下面对其诊断与鉴别诊断作简要讨沦,以供同道临诊时参考。一、分型及其标准 FAB协作组建议的“五型”及其标准,尽管还有不足或争议,但却奠定了MDS分型的基础。其分型建议:
Since 1982, FAB collaborative group proposed morphological diagnosis of MDS has been accepted by hematological workers, and extensively promote the study of MDS.
