我院2004-07-2008-12共收治肺炎1 026例,其中重症老年CAP患者105例,分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男75例,女30例,年龄为60~87(平均70.5)岁。发病季节:冬春发病77例,夏秋季发病28例。1.2临床表现本组病例大多起病不典型,诱因明显者39例,大多为基础病加重、受凉或精神刺激
Our hospital received a total of 1026 cases of pneumonia in 2004-07-2008-12, of which 105 cases of severe elderly patients with CAP, the analysis is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 75 males and 30 females, aged 60 to 87 (average 70.5) years of age. Incidence season: winter and spring onset of 77 cases, 28 cases of summer and autumn onset. 1.2 Clinical manifestations Most of the onset of atypical cases, the obvious incentive of 39 cases, most of the basis for the disease increased, cold or mental stimulation
