随着新一代信息技术的快速崛起,“互联网+制造业”新模式为制造企业提升组织敏捷性和实现转型升级提供了新思路。本文对“互联网+”内涵及思维特征进行了阐述,结合海尔集团“互联网+”的探索与实践,分别从运营敏捷性、合作伙伴敏捷性及客户敏捷性三个维度,分析了海尔基于“互联网+”的探索实践对企业组织敏捷性的影响。同时,本文提出了制造企业基于“互联网+”提升组织敏捷性的对策,希望能够为制造企业增强竞争力,实现快速发展提供一定借鉴和启示。
With the rapid rise of a new generation of information technology, the new model of “Internet + Manufacturing” provides new ideas for manufacturing companies to improve organizational agility and achieve transformation and upgrading. This article expounds the connotation and thinking characteristics of “Internet+”, combines the exploration and practice of Haier Group“Internet+”, analyzes three dimensions: operational agility, partner agility and customer agility. Haier’s exploration of “Internet + ” influences organizational agility. At the same time, this paper proposes the countermeasures for manufacturing enterprises to improve organizational agility based on Internet +, hoping to provide reference and inspiration for manufacturing companies to enhance their competitiveness and achieve rapid development.
