1 前言电站锅炉的蒸汽经汽轮机作功后,其凝结水通常都返回作锅炉给水。然而工业锅炉由于蒸汽用途多样性,汽质易受污染,或用汽设备及地点较为分散,蒸汽管线较长等原因,使得蒸汽凝结水(也称冷凝永)的回收利用有一定的难度。因此,有很多工业锅炉在系统和用汽装置设计、安装时就没有考虑凝结水的回收,而用户为了节省投资费用,减少管理麻烦,往往宁愿将品质良好的蒸汽凝结水排至地沟而白白浪费,也不进行改造利用。另一方面,有的用户虽然将凝结水回收作锅炉给水,但大多不注意系统的防腐处理,以致凝结水中铁离子含量较高,不但易造成锅炉结生铁垢,而且会增加锅炉的腐蚀,影响锅炉的安全运行。本文通过效益分析,探讨了蒸汽凝结水回收和处理的必要性和重要性。
1 Introduction Power station boiler steam through the steam turbine work, the condensate is usually returned to the boiler feed water. Through the benefit analysis, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of steam condensate recovery and treatment.
