本文对清原马鹿鹿茸化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,清原马鹿茸有高的粗蛋白质含量(63.71%),高氨基酸含量(59.09%),钙磷比0.93∶1,明显优于东北马鹿和东·天杂交F_1马鹿鹿茸。
In this paper, the chemical composition of velvet antler of Qingyuan was analyzed. The results showed that Qingyuan deer antler had high crude protein content (63.71%), high amino acid content (59.09%) and Ca / P ratio 0.93:1, which was significantly better than that of the northeast red deer and East-day hybrid F_1 red deer antler.
