一九八七年九月九日,在冶金工业部基建局的主持下,由冶金部建筑研究总院和冶金部华北冶金矿山建设公司共同研制的YJ—1型引气减水剂在河北省邯郸市通过了部级技术鉴定。YJ—1型引气减水剂已在河北、辽宁、山东、山西、北京、武汉、深圳等省市工业厂房、民用住宅、矿山井塔,公路桥梁近6万m~3混凝土中试用,技术经济和社会效益显著。其主要特点是:掺量小(为水泥重量的0.1‰~0.5‰),效果好(减水率≥10%,增强10%),粉剂小包装,便于运输和使用。另外,掺入该引气减水剂的混凝土触变性好,利于振捣成型,能提高混凝土质量,节约水泥,对水泥有较好的适应性,
On September 9th, 1987, under the auspices of the Infrastructure Bureau of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the YJ-1 type air-entraining water reducing agent jointly developed by the Ministry of Metallurgy Construction Research Institute and the Ministry of Metallurgy North China Metallurgical Mine Construction Company was established in Hebei Province. Handan passed the ministerial technical appraisal. YJ-1 type air-entraining water-reducing agent has been tried in industrial plants, civil houses, mine shaft towers, highway bridges, and nearly 60,000 m3 concrete in provinces and cities such as Hebei, Liaoning, Shandong, Shanxi, Beijing, Wuhan and Shenzhen. Economic and social benefits are significant. Its main features are: small dosage (0.1 ‰ to 0.5 水泥 for cement weight), good results (reduced water rate ≥10%, enhanced by 10%), powder small package, easy to transport and use. In addition, the thixotropy of the concrete mixed with the air-entraining water-reducing agent is good, which facilitates vibrating and forming, improves the quality of concrete, saves cement, and has good adaptability to cement.
