目的 了解职业技术类学校学生典型1周的膳食构成,以提出住校学生膳食营养的合理建议.方法 2010年9~10月对江阴市3所职业技术类学校309名学生进行典型1周膳食问卷调查.结果 调查309名学生,1周内每天食用薯类、粗粮少于1次的分别为94.2%和31.4%,每天食肉类食品和水产品的分别为68.6%和66.0%,食用蛋类和奶食品1周少于1次的分别为24.6%和38.1%,每天坚持食用蔬菜和水果的分别为61.1%和56.9%,每天饮啤酒和喝白酒的分别为35.9%和8.7%.结论 江阴市职业类学校学生膳食构成尚不够合理,建议加大立法力度,加强公共营养宣传、培训以改善学生营养状况.“,”Objective To understand the typical one week dietary composition of vocational school,and put forward reasonable meal nourishment suggestions for students who lived in school.Method Investigated the typical one week dietary of 309 students in three vocational and technical schools from September to October in 2010.Results Among 309 students,had potatoes and grains less than one time in one week were 94.2% and 31.4% respectively.The rate of students who ate meat products and aquatic product were 68.6% and 66.0%,ate eggs and milk less than one time in one week were 24.6% and 38.1%,ate vegetables and fruits everyday were 61.1% and 56.9%,drank beer and drink spirit were 35.9% and 8.7%.Conclusions Dietary structure of vocational schools students in Jiangyin city were still not reasonable,so we suggest to strengthen legislation,enhance the nutrition publicity and train to improve the student nutrition status.
