黄骅市第三塑料厂,占地15亩,员212140人,属黄骅市同行业中规模最大。主要生产涂料滚刷柄、瓶盖、奶箱、报箱等产品。其中涂料滚刷柄有40%产品出口到新加坡、马来西亚、泰国及欧州各国。2000年产值800万元,固定资产由1994年的2500元,增加到到现的1000万元。我们带着诸多的疑问来到了位于307国道旁,离黄骅市4公里的黄骅市第三塑料厂。土地瘠薄穷则思变沧州市是河北省典型的盐碱地区,土地贫瘠,古时候就是出了名的荒凉地区,《水浒》中的林冲从军发配的地方,至今黄骅还有大片大片的盐碱地,泛着白花花的碱面,颗粒不收,农民辛苦一年,还是解决不了温饱问题。

The white nostrils, particles do not accept peasants hard year, or can not solve the problem of food and clothing.
