用X射线吸收谱(XAS)和光电子能谱(PES)对化学气相沉积(CVD)方法制备的单壁碳纳米管纯化过程进行了研究。实验表明对碳纳米管进行盐酸处理纯化,可以大大减少残留在碳纳米管中的催化剂颗粒,但也发现盐酸中的部分氯离子与碳纳米管成键。这种成键作用可能会对碳纳米管形成修饰。
The purification process of single-walled carbon nanotubes prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method was studied by X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and photoelectron spectroscopy (PES). Experiments show that the carbon nanotubes treated with hydrochloric acid purification, can greatly reduce the catalyst particles remaining in the carbon nanotubes, but also found that part of the hydrochloric acid and carbon nanotubes bond. This bond formation may modify the carbon nanotube formation.
