Backgroud: With the development of microsurgery and clinical applied anatomy, skin flaps and musculocutaneous flaps with vessel pedicles are primary choices in treatment of soft tissue defect. The transfer of skin flaps and muscular skin flaps with vessel pedicles is rather easy and needt special instruments. Because of utilization of adjacent tissue, the outline is good after operation.
