This article mainly from the perspective of modern editing planning to examine the pre-creation periodicals. The creation of the Quarterly Journal and the Weekly Journal of Creation, the cover design, the principle of the subject matter of the literary creation, the application of the editing secondary language and the criticism of the translation literature all reflect the successful planning of the editors.
