目的:了解高校编外辅导员离职倾向的影响因素。方法:基于对江苏五所高校的编外辅导员的问卷调查,通过GM(1,N)建模,对影响编外辅导员离职倾向的影响因素进行灰色关联分析。结果:各影响因素的驱动系数极性均为正,且自我发展(1.0638)、经济报酬(0.8754)和工作环境(0.3433)的驱动系数较大。结论:影响编外辅导员离职倾向的三个关键性影响因素:自我发展、经济报酬和工作环境。
Objective: To understand the influencing factors of the turnover intention of college tutors. Methods: Based on the questionnaire survey of supervisors in five universities in Jiangsu Province, the paper analyzed the influential factors of the turnover intention of supervisors by using GM (1, N) modeling. Results: The driving factors of all influencing factors were positive, and the driving factors of self-development (1.0638), economic compensation (0.8754) and working environment (0.3433) were larger. Conclusion: Three key influential factors that affect the turnover intention of supervisors: self-development, financial compensation and working environment.
