根据FIA梯度稀释技术建立了一种新的标准加入方法,只需要注入一种标准溶液,就能形成浓度梯度。本方法流路简单,使用手动进样阀。使用UV分光光度计,用本法测定标准试样中的铁和锰,取得了满意的结果。每小时可测试60个样品。
A new standard addition method was established according to the FIA gradient dilution technique to create a concentration gradient by simply injecting a standard solution. The method flow is simple, using a manual injection valve. The UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the contents of iron and manganese in the standard sample by this method and satisfactory results were obtained. 60 samples can be tested per hour.
