随着义务教育的普及,人们对青少年的教育问题愈加关注,而最受关注的群体是高三年级的学生。高三是个被很多人称之为“转折点”的阶段,这个年级的学生学习压力大、负担重。班主任在学生的学习中充当着非常重要的角色,既应该关注学生的学习,又应该关注其生活、心理,从多维角度做好其本职工作。如何在使学生努力学习的同时身心健康成长,是许多高三年级班主任所面临的困扰。本文就如何从多维角度出发做好高三年级的班主任工作展开了探讨和分析,对高三年级班主任应该如何教育学生进行了阐述。
