近日,中央党校政法教研部和国家信访局研究室联合举办了以“信访、法治、科学发展观”为主题的研讨会。本刊从学术研究的角度选发部分与会代表的发言,希望通过讨论深化对新时期我国信访工作规律的认识。 Recently, the Central Party School of Politics, Law and Research Department and the State Bureau of Letters and Visits jointly held a “letters and visits, the rule of law, the scientific concept of development ” as the theme of the seminar.
