目的:研究蒙药漏芦花中总生物碱的超声提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定蒙药漏芦花中总生物碱的含量,以其作为评价指标,从而确定最佳提取工艺。结果:通过响应面法分析得到4个因素的影响大小的顺序为超声功率>料液比>超声温度>超声时间,最佳提取工艺为:超声温度41℃,超声功率200 W,料液比1?28 g·m L-1,超声时间40 min,总生物碱含量为0.277 4%。结论:响应面法优化蒙药漏芦花总生物碱提取工艺,稳定性良好、可预测性高,为蒙药漏芦花的进一步开发利用提供了科学合理的参考依据。
Objective: To study the ultrasonic extraction process of total alkaloids from Mongolian medicine Luluhua. Methods: The content of total alkaloids in Mongolian medicine Lonicerae was determined by UV spectrophotometry, which was used as evaluation index to determine the best extraction technology. Results: The order of influencing factors of the four factors was: ultrasonic power> solid-liquid ratio> ultrasonic temperature> ultrasonic time. The optimum extraction conditions were: ultrasonic temperature 41 ℃, ultrasonic power 200 W, ? 28 g · m L-1, ultrasonic time 40 min, total alkaloid content of 0.277 4%. CONCLUSION: The response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of total Alkaloids from Mongolian medicine Allamanda and its stability and high predictability, which provided a scientific and reasonable reference for the further development and utilization of Mongolian medicine.
