信息网络资源的多元化给图书馆的生存和发展带来了巨大的冲击。数字环境下图书馆如何创新信息服务已经成为高校图书馆发展的首要任务。本文通过对数字环境下高校图书馆信息服务进行研究,了解目前高校图书馆信息服务中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略,满足用户信息需求,进而提高图书馆信息服务质量和水平。
The diversification of information network resources has brought a tremendous impact on the survival and development of the library. Under the digital environment, how to innovate information service has become the primary task of the development of university library. This paper studies the information service of university library under the digital environment to understand the problems existing in the information service of the university library at present, and proposes corresponding strategies to meet the users’ information needs, so as to improve the quality and level of library information service.
