我院多个科室应用“五常法理论”管理临床护理单元，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下： 1实施方法 1.1常组织(常整理)依据节约空间的原则，将病区环境中必要的和非必要的物品区分开来。①按距离整理。急救用品放在护士伸手可得的地方；每天都要使用的物品保存在护士站及治疗室附近。②按需整理。按当日常用物品需要的数量，将不常用的物品放回仓库，不需要的东西及过期的物品及时清理弃去。③分类整理。同类物品放在一起，用标签标明物品的名称、数量并及时补充。无菌包、药品、器械、医疗文书、医疗废物等分类放置。
