目的　评价白细胞介素 6(IL 6)在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的价值。方法　对可疑有早期败血症的新生儿及正常新生儿用ELISA法测定IL 6。结果　正常新生儿组IL 6的均值明显低于新生儿败血症组。经统计学检验 ,差异有显著性意义。结论　IL 6可作为新生儿败血症早期诊断指标。 Objective To evaluate the value of interleukin 6 (IL 6) in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Methods IL 6 was determined by ELISA in neonates and normal newborns with suspected early septicemia. Results The mean of IL 6 in normal neonates was significantly lower than that in neonates with sepsis. The statistical test, the difference was significant. Conclusion IL 6 can be used as an early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.
