“车好派出,运费难收”的问题,已成为交通企业议论的热门话题。众多交通企业因资金回笼困难而被迫停运,尤其是当今运输市场放开后,国营、集体、个体三者之间竞争激烈,在竞争中,往往国营车队不如个体,集体车辆,因为他们经营灵活;各项费用开支也没有个体、集体单位那样方便即行。因此,个体、集体单位接洽业务容易,回收运费也较容易,而国有企业便困难重重,其原因何在?
