Pentaerythritol tetranitrate is also the safest high-energy nitrate explosives, also known as tetranitro-tetrathiol (PETN Pentaerythritoltetranitrate), which is widely used in the defense industry. Dust in the workplace exists. We studied the gas chromatographic determination of PETN in the workplace air.
