2011年,面对严峻的经营形势,为强化效能监察工作,大唐集团公司创新效能监察工作机制,成立了效能监察中心。所属大唐陕西公司作为效能监察中心日常办公机构,积极实践效能监察中心的工作思路,以量化对标为指引,实现了“三可一增”(可操作、可执行、可评价、增强效果)的工作目标,使监督工作始终围绕生产经营关键环节有效进行。
In 2011, in face of the severe operation situation, in order to strengthen the efficiency supervision work and Datang Group’s innovative efficiency supervision mechanism, a performance monitoring center was set up. Datang Shaanxi company belongs to the routine office of efficiency supervision center, and actively practice the work efficiency monitoring center ideas to quantify the standard as a guide, to achieve the “three can be increased” (operational, executable, evaluable, enhanced Effect) work objectives, so that supervision work has always been around the key aspects of production and operation effectively.
