ECG changes in 100 patients with complete left bundle branch block (CLBBB) were analyzed. The left ventricular mass was used as a reference for echocardiography. The diagnostic value of LVH ECG was evaluated. 100 subjects were diagnosed with CLBBB or inpatient outpatients (58 males and 42 females) with routine ECG, aged 23-92 (39 ± 14 years) and echocardiography within 1.5 days after ECG examination. Hypertension in 27 cases, heart valve disease in 10 cases, coronary heart disease in 22 cases, 19 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in 4 cases, 18 cases without a history of heart disease.
