本文就伏兔穴的确切位置通过多种文献资料的考证。观察老中兽医对此穴的针法,效果、结合十匹马的实验观察进行了研究。十匹马先后两次实验观察,第一次五匹马用盐酸氯丙嗪100mg分成两份注入两伏兔穴部位的皮下或肌肉、另五匹马用盐酸氯丙嗪150mg分别注入颈部肌肉或皮下,它们都在注入后15—30分钟以内检查颈、背、腰、臂、胸、腹,四肢各部对针刺的反应,均无镇痛效果。继21天后还是用这十匹马以相同剂量的盐酸氯丙嗪注入穴部的环椎椎间孔,在注后15—30分钟以内测痛,除四肢下部外,均表现出明显的镇痛效果。由此证明,马伏兔穴的部位应以剌入环椎椎间孔为准,与其相应部位的皮下及肌肉均不显现镇痛作用。
