[目的]了解军校学员营养知识、态度、行为现状,为更好地促进学员营养知识的掌握以及有针对性的营养指导奠定基础。[方法]抽取了200名学员作为调查对象,进行问卷调查。[结果]调查对象平均年龄(22.5±2.7)岁,偏瘦、正常、超重的比例分别为17.5%、67.5%、15.0%,他们对于营养知识的掌握普遍较差,营养知识得分及格率仅53.5%,营养态度较好,饮食行为方面存在不合理的情况,不同学历之间营养知识、态度差异具有统计学意义,超重与正常体重调查对象之间,营养知识、饮食行为差异具有统计学意义。[结论]军校学员营养知识水平较低、营养态度总体较好,饮食行为方面不够科学合理,建议按照不同学历层次进行营养指导,强化营养知识的掌握。
[Objective] To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of cadets, and lay the foundation for better understanding of nutritional knowledge and targeted nutrition guidance. [Methods] 200 students were selected as the survey subjects and conducted a questionnaire survey. [Results] The average age of the subjects was (22.5 ± 2.7) years old, the proportion of lean, normal and overweight were 17.5%, 67.5% and 15.0%, respectively. Their mastery of nutritional knowledge was generally poor, nutrition knowledge score passing rate was only 53.5 %, Good nutrition attitude, and unreasonable diet behavior. The difference of nutritional knowledge and attitudes among different academic qualifications was statistically significant. The difference of nutritional knowledge and diet behavior among subjects with overweight and normal weight was statistically significant. [Conclusions] The cadets have lower level of nutrition knowledge, better overall nutrition attitude and less scientific and reasonable dietary behaviors. It is suggested that nutritional guidance should be based on different levels of education and nutrition knowledge should be mastered.
