在机械传动过程当中,螺旋锥齿轮是一个重要的基础性元件,具有十分复杂的空间形状,在加工和啮合的过程中,都有着非常复杂的技术流程。近年来,随着数控技术的发展和应用,极大地简化螺旋锥齿轮的加工技术,实现了良好的柔性加工。数控技术的应用,能够使齿轮加工精度得到极大的提升。但是,该技术目前在一些发达国家应用较为广泛,而在我国仅处于初级阶段。本文对螺旋锥齿轮数控加工及其误差修正等相关技术进行分析,以期推动该项技术在我国的发展和应用。
In the mechanical transmission process, spiral bevel gear is an important basic component, with a very complex space shape, in the process of processing and meshing, has a very complex technical process. In recent years, with the development and application of numerical control technology, the processing technology of spiral bevel gears is greatly simplified, and the good flexible processing is realized. The application of numerical control technology can greatly improve the machining accuracy of gears. However, the technology is currently more widely used in some developed countries and only in its infancy in our country. In this paper, spiral bevel gears CNC machining and its error correction and other related technologies are analyzed in order to promote the development and application of this technology in our country.
