1989年以来,我市119(火警)、110(盗警)反映接错电话太多,而110错号比119更严重。在机线设备整治中,我们狠抓市话“五害”障碍,重点围攻119、110的错号问题,通过现场调查观测与分析处理,取得了显著效果。现以110为例分述如下。 重庆市公安局110报警台于1989年1月18日开始向市中区等6个公安分局开通试用,从18日到21日4天中受理110电话403次,而真正呼叫110的仅有5次,占呼入总数的1.2%其余98.8%呼入均系错号或应答后无人答话(接空电话),见表1。
