利用X射线衍射技术测定了双取向硅钢的微结构和织构,分析了形变储能与二次再结晶织构之间的关系,以探讨二次再结晶织构形成的机制。结果显示,在经受初次再结晶处理后的试样中仍残留有数量可观的形变储能,且在二次再结晶完成后的试样中,有利的织构组分——立方织构({100}<001>)的强度随残余储能的增加而增加,证实了形变储能在二次再结晶织构形成中的作用。
The microstructure and texture of the disoriented silicon steel were measured by X-ray diffraction. The relationship between the deformation energy storage and the secondary recrystallization texture was analyzed to investigate the mechanism of the secondary recrystallization textures. The results show that a considerable amount of deformation energy storage remains in the sample after the primary recrystallization, and in the sample after the secondary recrystallization, the favorable texture component - cubic texture ({ 100} <001>) increases with the increase of residual energy storage, confirming the role of deformation energy storage in the formation of secondary recrystallization texture.
