目的观察杰奇眼用凝胶配合针管泪道探通治疗新生儿慢性泪囊炎临床疗效。方法在非麻醉下行针管泪道探通术,注入杰奇眼用凝胶治疗。隔日后行泪道冲洗,再次注入杰奇眼用凝胶,此后每周冲洗一次,3周即可。结果本组65例69眼,治愈(随访1年以上,无溢泪,冲洗泪道通畅)63眼,占91.30%;有效(随访6周,无溢泪且含泪者,泪道加压冲洗通畅)6眼,占8.70%;无效(随访3月仍有溢泪者,泪道冲洗不通)0眼。(注:有效的6眼,于第一次泪道探通术6周后,行第二次探通而治愈)。结论杰奇眼用凝胶配合针管泪道探通,无需麻醉,方法简便安全,能有效的治疗新生儿慢性泪囊炎。
