在学生的眼中,口中,都会赋予教师“春蚕”、“蜡烛”等美好的比喻,来赞颂教师燃烧自己,照亮别人的奉献精神。而教师的工作是:师生互动、交往,共同学习,共同发展,互教互学的过程,更是沟通和交流的过程,所以教师要不断增长自己的教育才能和机智,并提高自己的教学艺术性。课堂的氛围决定着学生的学习效果,而学生的学习效果就是有效课堂和高效课堂的必要前提。反之如果课堂的氛围不好学生们死气沉沉,没有了思考
