本文认为东亚存在两种对外开放模式——“外贸主导型”和“外资主导型”，并且这两种模式都存在着经常项目风险和资本项目风险。通过分析两种模式分别在日本和东盟国家的实际运行情况，得出了关于调整我国对外开放战略的三点启示，并据此提出了我国对外开放模式的大概构想 This paper argues that there exist two kinds of modes of opening up to the outside world in East Asia: “foreign trade leading” and “foreign leading”, and both of them have the current project risk and the capital project risk. By analyzing the actual operation of the two modes in Japan and the ASEAN countries respectively, three enlightenments on adjusting the strategy of China’s opening up to the outside world are drawn and some suggestions on the pattern of China’s opening up are put forward
