目的探讨乌鲁木齐市维、汉族男性少、弱精子症的危险因素,为维、汉族男性少、弱精子症的病因研究、预防干预及生殖健康服务工作提供依据。方法对维、汉族男性少、弱精子症患者及维、汉族男性正常健康体检者,分为六组,各组进行问卷调查及实验室检查。从各组随机抽取160人,剩下的作为保留样本,对其年龄、末次排精时间等15个定量指标进行判别分析,找出对维、汉族男性少、弱精子症贡献最大且具有鉴别能力的指标,做出回归方程,探讨相关影响因素是否对维、汉族男性少、弱精子症患者具有鉴别能力。结果年龄、禁欲时间、p H、精子总数、b级精子总数、d级精子总数、精子活率7个指标对汉族少精子症的贡献比较大;前向运动精子总数、b级精子总数、p H、精子密度、精子总数、d级精子总数、年龄7个指标对维吾尔族少精子症的贡献比较大;精液量、p H、前向运动精子总数、级精子总数、精子活率对汉族弱精子症贡献比较大;p H、精子总数、前向运动精子总数、b级精子总数、c级精子总数对维吾尔族弱精子症的贡献比较大。结论逐步判别分析构建的数学函数对少、弱精子症诊断有一定的作用。

Semen volume, p H, total number of forward spermatozoa, total sperm count and sperm motility were weak in Han nationality The contribution of sperm syndrome is relatively large; p H, the total number of sperm, the total number of motile sperm, the total number of sperm b, the total number of sperm c in Uygur asthenospermia contribute more. Conclusion The mathematical function constructed by stepwise discriminant analysis has a certain effect on the diagnosis of oligozoospermia.
