在一台双缸缸内直喷汽油机(GD I)上,采用负阀重叠(NVO)的配气相位和两阶段燃油喷射技术来控制缸内混合气的形成和燃烧,实现了高效低污染的汽油均质混合气压燃(HCC I)燃烧模式。在转速为800~2 200 r/m in、负荷(平均指示压力)为0.1~0.53M Pa的HCC I工况平面内,指示油耗在较宽的范围内低于240 g.kW-1.-h 1,NOx排放(体积分数)低于4×10-5,无碳烟排放。在HCC I运行范围内研究了不同喷油策略对HCC I燃烧特性的影响。结果表明,适当的NVO和两阶段缸内直喷可以有效地降低HCC I燃烧循环波动,控制着火始点、燃烧速率以及拓宽HCC I运行范围。
In a two-cylinder direct injection gasoline engine (GD I), negative gas valve overlay (NVO) gas phase and two-stage fuel injection technology are used to control the formation and combustion of the in-cylinder mixture to achieve high efficiency and low pollution Gasoline homogeneous mixture pressure combustion (HCC I) combustion mode. The influence of different injection strategies on the combustion characteristics of HCC I was studied in the operating range of HCC I. The results show that appropriate NVO and two-stage in-cylinder direct injection can effectively reduce the HCC I combustion cycle fluctuations, control the firing point, combustion rate and broaden the HCC I operating range.
