本文简要介绍赴泰汉语教师志愿者培训项目的情况,分析培训的特点,针对存在的不足提出应增加国别汉语教育政策相关培训内容、加大赴任国语言培训力度、重视教学技能培训并加大实践课在培训中的比重、应注重跨文化交际能力的培养等建议。希望本文的研究能对赴泰教师志愿者培训项目有所启示,并为今后的汉语教师志愿者岗前培训项目提供可以借鉴的经验。
This article briefly introduces the situation of volunteer training programs for Thai teachers in Thailand, analyzes the characteristics of training, and proposes that the training content of the national Chinese education policy should be increased according to the existing shortcomings. The training of language training should be stepped up and the training of teaching skills should be emphasized. The proportion of practical courses in training should focus on the intercultural communication skills training and other recommendations. It is hoped that the research in this article can give some inspiration to the teacher volunteer training programs in Thailand and provide some lessons for the future Chinese teacher volunteer pre-service training programs.
