目的了解医院感染漏报率情况,分析其发生原因,制定对策。方法采用回顾性和前瞻性调查方法,对某医院2008-2011年部分出院病例进行分段调查,以查清医院感染漏报情况。结果回顾性调查结果显示,2008、2009年医院感染漏报率分别为15.98%和10.17%。前瞻性调查证明,2010、2011年医院感染漏报率分别为6.67%和3.85%。结论该医院院内感染漏报率较高,实施整改后,其漏报率明显降低。 Objective To understand the omission rate of hospital infection, analyze its causes and make countermeasures. Methods The retrospective and prospective investigation methods were used to conduct a sub-investigation on some discharged cases in a hospital from 2008 to 2011 to find out the omission of nosocomial infection. Results The retrospective survey showed that the omission rates of nosocomial infections in 2008 and 2009 were 15.98% and 10.17% respectively. Prospective investigation shows that the omission rates of hospital infection in 2010 and 2011 were 6.67% and 3.85% respectively. Conclusion The rate of omission of nosocomial infection in this hospital is relatively high. After the implementation of the rectification, the omission rate of omission in hospital was significantly lower.
