一辆推车,一套厨具,几把椅子和几个小凳,这基本上是食品小摊贩的所有“家当”。他们活动于城市大街小巷,是经济社会发展的必要补充,在方便群众生活、丰富活跃市场、解决群众就业等方面起着积极作用。但因其数量繁多,流动性大,且从业人员文化水平较低,生产经营条件简陋,监管难度大而成为引发食品安全问题的一大隐患。目前南郑县流动食品摊贩300家左右,从业人员约500余人,年营业额约在300万元。
A stroller, a set of kitchen utensils, a few chairs and a few stools, which are basically all the “housewives” of the food stalls. Their activities in urban streets and alleys are a necessary supplement to economic and social development and play an active role in facilitating the life of the people, enriching the active market and solving the problems of the people in employment. However, due to its large quantity, large liquidity, low cultural level of employees, crude production and management conditions, and the difficulty of supervision, it has become a major risk to food safety. At present, there are about 300 mobile food vendors in Nanzheng County, employing about 500 people and the annual turnover is about 3 million yuan.
