医院药房调剂工作是医院药学工作的重要组成部分,是药剂科直接面向临床和患者的服务窗口,是沟通患者与医护人员之间完成医疗过程的桥梁和纽带。同时应提高药剂工作的技术含量,利用自己的专业特长,为患者提供与药物有关的服务,因此强化医院药房的服务流程,开展药物咨询工作,加强药学服务,是提高药学服务水平的重要环节。
