跨栏跑是跑、跨结合,节奏性和连贯性很强的运动项目。它技术复杂,节奏性强,特别是对速度、力量、柔韧、耐力、心理素质以及全身协调配合方面要求较高。在学习跨栏跑的技术过程中,学生的“怯栏”心理较为普遍。为此,采用文献资料法、教学实验法和观察访谈法等,对学生跨栏跑教学中的恐惧心理进行实验研究。从教学实践出发,结合学生的实际,旨在提高学生的心理素质,减轻或消除练习时的恐惧心理,以期达到提高跨栏跑教学质量的目的。
Hurdle is a sport that runs, crosses, rhythms, and cohesion. It is technically complex, rhythmic, especially with regard to speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, mental qualities and body coordination requirements. In the process of learning hurdle technology, students “coward column ” psychology is more common. To this end, using the literature method, teaching experiment method and observation interview method, the experimental study on the fear mentality of students in hurdle race teaching. Starting from the teaching practice, combined with the actual students, aimed at improving the psychological quality of students to reduce or eliminate the fear of practice, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teaching hurdle.
