目的 :建立HPLC法测定苯巴比妥 (PB)、苯妥英钠 (PT)、卡马西平 (CBZ)的血药浓度。方法 :以Ultrasphere ODS (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5um)色谱法为分离柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 :水 (5 0 :5 0 ) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :PB ,PT ,CBZ的血浓度分别在 2 .15~ 4 3,3.8~ 4 7.5 ,1.6 75~ 2 0 .1ug/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,日内及日间差均小于 10 % ,平均回收率分别为 98.6 5 % ,98.79% ,98.5 0 %。结论 :本法可用于临床血药浓度测定
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of plasma concentrations of phenobarbital (PB), phenytoin sodium (PT) and carbamazepine (CBZ). Methods: The separation was performed on an Ultrasphere ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol: water (50:50) and detection wavelength of 254 nm. Results: The blood concentration of PB, PT and CBZ showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2.15-4.33.8-4.5 and 1.675-2.0.1ug / ml, respectively, and the intra-and inter-day difference Less than 10%. The average recoveries were 98.6%, 98.79% and 98.5% respectively. Conclusion: This method can be used for clinical blood concentration determination
