早造试验表明,水稻剑叶净光合率(PN)与单叶面积(LA)表现为显著或极显著负相关;与单位叶面积干重(比叶重,SLW)表现为极显著正相关。用LA与SLW两个特征来估计PN,比只考虑一个因数准确性要高。但此种相关性,晚造材料不明显。虽然PN值较高的C_4植物稗草,在气孔密度和维管束密度方面和水稻的差异极为明显,但在水稻各品种间并未看到PN与这两个指标之间有明显的相关性;叶片厚度与PN及SLW有正相关的趋势。水稻在不同生育期的PN,以分蘖期为最高,抽穗期次之,秧苗期最低。在不同生育期各品种PN差异的相对次序,就多数品种来讲是相对稳定的,在单株植的条件下,剑叶的PN比多株植者为高。晚造品种的PN随着抽穗期的推迟,有明显下降的趋势。各品种在4—4.5万Lux及1—1.5万Lux光照下PN值表现为极显著的正相关。
Early experiments showed that the net photosynthetic rate (PN) and single leaf area (LA) showed a significant or very significant negative correlation between rice flag leaf weight and dry weight per leaf area (specific leaf weight, SLW) showed a significant positive correlation. Using both the LA and SLW features to estimate the PN is more accurate than considering only one factor. However, such a correlation, late-made material is not obvious. Although the difference between stomatal density and vascular bundle density was significant in barnyard grass of C_4 plant with higher PN value, there was no obvious correlation between PN and these two indexes in all varieties of rice. Leaf thickness and PN and SLW have a positive correlation trend. The PN at different growth stages of rice had the highest tillering stage, the later heading stage and the lowest seedling stage. The relative order of PN differences at different growth stages was relatively stable for most cultivars, with the PN of flag leaves being higher than that of many plants under monoculture. PN with late varieties with heading postponed, there is a clear downward trend. The PN values of all varieties showed extremely significant positive correlation at 4-45,000 Lux and 1-1.5 万 Lux illumination.
