“十二五”时期将是我国践行向创新型国家发展的重要时期,而增强创新能力的目标需要创新型人才去实现。创新型人才作为一个群体,具有其独特性,其心理契约的动态变化值得关注。本文从心理契约违背的模型谈起,系统地总结了心理契约违背理论和实证研究的新进展,回顾了引起知识型员工和高科技企业研发人员的研究现状,提出了创新型人才心理契约违背的研究方向。
The “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period will be an important period for our country’s practice of developing into an innovative country, and the goal of enhancing innovation capability will require innovative talents to realize it. Innovative talent as a group, with its uniqueness, the dynamic changes in its psychological contract deserve attention. This article starts from the model of psychological contract violation, systematically summarizes the new development of psychological contract violation theory and empirical research, reviews the current research status of knowledge workers and high-tech enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures research direction.
