一个政党的价值观能不能永葆先进性,不能靠自我标榜,只能靠建设。政党价值观建设是政党在其政治实践中,自觉地调整和变革自身的价值观念的行为和过程。作为一种客观的实践活动,政党价值观建设有其特定的规律:在政党开展价值观建设、影响包括政党成员在内的尽可能多的人的这一实践过程中,始终独立存在于政党及成员之外,并对政党价值观建设的成败长期发生作用和影响的客观存在。政党价值观建设规律包括一般规律和特殊规律两个层次,它们都有各自存在并发生作用的客观依据。
